Hydraulic hose failure is the most common way a working truck stops working. A hose is a wear item carrying thousands of pounds of pressure through a rubber sheath that spends its life being flexed, abraded, cooked by heat and sprayed with road salt. When it lets go, the machine does not move.

The usual response — pull the hose, drive across town hunting for a match, wait on a shop queue — turns a twenty-minute job into a lost day. We carry hose stock, fittings and crimping gear on the service trucks and build the replacement assembly on site, so the machine goes back to work the same day.

What hydraulic hose repair involves

Hose built on site

We measure the run, select hose rated for the system's actual working pressure, crimp the end fittings on the truck, and fit and pressure-test the assembly. No waiting on a parts store and no mismatch between what the system needs and what happens to be on the shelf.

Fittings and threads

JIC, SAE, ORFS, NPT, BSP, flange and split-flange connections, 90-degree and 45-degree elbows, and the adapters needed to get a system back together without adding a leak into the circuit.

Wet kits and PTO systems

Dump trailer and dump bed circuits, wet-kit pumps, control valves, PTO-driven systems, and the suction, pressure and return lines that make up the circuit.

Cylinders, valves and pumps

Leaking rod seals and gland nuts, scored rods, failed control and relief valves, contaminated fluid, and the slow, hot, weak operation that points to pump wear.

Diagnosing why it failed

A hose that bursts repeatedly is telling you something — a relief valve stuck closed, a restriction, a hose routed against a sharp edge, or mismatched pressure ratings. We look for the cause so the replacement lasts.
