Hauling a broken excavator to a shop is expensive, slow and often impossible. A machine stuck at the bottom of an excavation, a loader parked in deep mud, a skid steer boxed in on a tight site — these are not candidates for a lowboy, which is why so much equipment sits broken while somebody works out what to do about it.

Mobile equipment repair brings the repair to the machine. Diagnostics, hydraulics, welding, electrical and mechanical work are all performed in place, on the jobsite, so the machine is down for hours rather than for the week it would take to arrange transport, waiting and return.

What mobile equipment repair involves

Hydraulics

Hoses crimped and fitted on site, leaking cylinders and fittings, failed pumps and control valves, contaminated fluid, and the loss of power, heat and drift that points to wear in the circuit.

Welding and structural repair

Cracked booms, buckets, quick-couplers, mounts and frames welded and reinforced on site, plus fabricated patches where a replacement component would take days to arrive.

Diesel engine and diagnostics

No-starts, starting and charging, fuel supply and injector faults, cooling system problems, power loss and the sensor faults behind most machine derates — diagnosed before anything is replaced.

Electrical and control systems

Machine wiring, sensors, solenoids, relays, joystick and control faults, safety interlocks and the intermittent electrical problems that are the hardest thing to find on equipment.

Undercarriage, drives and brakes

Track and roller condition assessment, final drive leaks, travel and slew faults, brake and parking brake problems, and driveline noise on wheeled machines.

Service and preventive maintenance

Scheduled servicing at the jobsite so machines do not sit idle in a shop queue, including filters, fluids, greasing and a structured inspection.
